Cassa Edile Awards is a project organized by the National Joint Commission of Casse Edili.

The Construction Funds represent the first example of a contractually defined system between Business Associations and Workers' Trade Union Organizations.

The purpose of each Construction Fund is to ensure the application of the national construction collective agreement and fair competition between companies, as well as to favor the worker and his family, with services that favor support for health, education and training costs.

The project was therefore born to create an "ethical system", because being registered with the Construction Fund is synonymous with "legality", or opportunities and guarantees for businesses and for the future of workers.

The Cassa Edile Awards is the award for companies that have distinguished themselves for their virtuous behavior.
